LifeFone Medical Alert - How it Works

Medical alert bracelet or pendant automatically calls the LifeFone Emergency Response Center to notify your designated doctor, family and friends of an emergency. LifeFone has over 30 years of providing security and safety from falls and other risks for seniors at home or in assisted living facilities.

The moment the signal from your medical alert device is received at the LifeFone Emergency Response Center your LifeFone team is called into action.

  • Your personal profile is displayed on our computer
  • LifeFone Emergency Response Personnel promptly dispatch emergency services
  • Your designated neighbors, friends, family members and personal doctor are notified of your condition
  • LifeFone stays in contact until the medical emergency is over

The LifeFone System has been approved by Underwriters Laboratories as a Home Health Care Signaling Device.
